All sales are final. No returns are allowed.If you follow the instructions you have no risk. We pay the cost of insurance for your delivery.
If the items you ordered are damaged in transit and you examine the package on arrival and follow the claim rules of the carrier thus qualifying for the amount of the insurance guarantee the insurance money will be paid to you by the carrier and you may then repurchase the items with the insurance money.
It is very important that you follow the instructions on how to open the packaging and unroll the giclee or painting. The work is very easily damaged by inexperience or carelessness.
It is advised that you have a professional open and unroll the work. We will not refund your money if the work is damaged by inexperience or carelessness.
